They allow you to unlock a wide range of features, permissions, and upgrades across Dynojet devices and software. Dynojet created Tokens to simplify the tuning process, eliminate brand-specific licenses, and give users 24/7 access to performance features without needing tech support or waiting for business hours.

  • How do I purchase Universal Tokens?

    You can purchase Tokens directly through your Dynojet account. Simply log in, go to the Token Admin section, and select the number of Tokens you’d like to buy. Bulk purchases offer discounted rates, so the more you buy, the less each Token costs.

  • How many Tokens do I need for common features?

    The number of Tokens required depends on the feature or upgrade. For a full breakdown, you can refer to the pricing chart in the Vehicle Solutions tab or export the Token price sheet for planning purposes.

  • Do I need a separate license for each vehicle?

    Yes, every vehicle you tune will require its own flash license. However, each Dynojet device comes with one flash license preloaded, so you can tune one vehicle right out of the box. For additional vehicles, you’ll need to purchase flash licenses using Tokens.

  • Can Tokens be shared across devices?

    Yes, Tokens are tied to your Dynojet account, not a specific device. This means you can use them to unlock features, permissions, or licenses for any device linked to your account.

  • Are Tokens refundable or transferable?

    Tokens are non-refundable but can be transferred between accounts.

  • Do Universal Tokens expire?

    No, Tokens do not expire. You can purchase them in bulk and use them whenever you need, whether that’s tomorrow or months from now.

Permission Classes FAQs

  • What are Permission Classes in Power Core?

    Permission Classes define the level of access you have to advanced tuning features in Dynojet’s Power Core Software Suite. Basic Access is free for all users and includes standard tuning capabilities. Enthusiast+ Permissions unlock advanced features like enhanced fuel mapping, data logging, and diagnostics. Pro Permissions are reserved for authorized Dynojet resellers, providing the highest level of tuning control.

  • How do I unlock Enthusiast+ Permissions?

    In Power Core, grayed-out tables in the tree view indicate features requiring Enthusiast+ Permissions. Click on the grayed-out feature, select Enthusiast+ Permissions, and apply the required Tokens. The feature will unlock immediately.

  • Can I upgrade to Pro Permissions?

    Pro Permissions are exclusively available to authorized Dynojet resellers. If you’re an authorized reseller, contact Dynojet to enable Pro Permissions on your account.

  • Why should I upgrade to Enthusiast+ Permissions?

    Enthusiast+ Permissions are perfect for tuners seeking advanced control. They allow you to fine-tune performance with features like detailed fuel mapping, ignition timing adjustments, and real-time data logging.
